Landsker Business Consultancy is a private sector business. We are not an enterprise agency or public sector supported organisation. We earn our fees by delivering high quality work that adds value to a customer’s business.
Landsker Business Consultancy currently delivers various business programmes aimed at helping Welsh businesses (both new and established):.
Environmental Goods and Services (EGS):
We can provide focussed, free, assistance for businesses involved in improving their environmental performance or developing products or services that are environmentally beneficial.
Graduate to Enterprise (G2E):
Only available to clients in South West Wales via LBC, G2E is free and is aimed at those looking to establish a new business that have undertaken some formal learning or studying in the last three years (eg NVQ2 and above, A Levels, CLAIT, EDLC, Degree). G2E provides specific business mentoring, its own grant scheme, and access to Knowledge Exploitation Funds (KEF)
General Support for Business (GSB):
Available to businesses that have been trading for more than six months and fit one of the following criteria. (1) They are looking to grow, (2) employ additional staff or (3) are finding it tough and require help to improve their trading position and/or safeguard jobs. This free scheme provides very focussed help specific to that business’ needs.
Department of Innovation Enterprise & Networks (DIEN) (50%) scheme:
For businesses with a specific project requirement needing more extensive help over a longer period or very specific expertise not commonly available. Our consultancy fees would be subsidised up to a maximum of 50%.
Private Consultancy:
Often businesses are ineligible for funding support or the above schemes cannot fulfil a client’s requirements. In these situations Landsker Business Consultancy offers its services at competitive consultancy rates.
