• Strategy Formulation – Helping existing and new businesses to reconsider and reset their strategy using a number of proven techniques that reveal a clear and realistic way forward.
• Options Appraisals & Feasibility Studies – Helping businesses to make the right business decisions when they come to a cross-roads in their development. Jeremy works with management to research and resolve such dilemmas resulting in commitment to a chosen path.
• Facilitation – Structuring, co-ordinating and leading meetings and workshops where an objective and impartial approach is needed; which might sometimes involve contentious or varied opinions.
• Non Executive Directorship – Operating as a professional critical friend to augment a business’ decision making capability, often in key business areas where there is limited inhouse expertise. Interventions can range from one off to recurrent sessions and tend to involve businesses experiencing very high growth.

Background:

Jeremy is Pembrokeshire born and bred and following University created a career for himself in the city of London. Armed with an MBA he returned to Wales when the internet arrived so that he could work on the right side of the Severn Bridge. Landsker was established in 2000 and is now one of Wales’ leading management Consultancies specialising in business support to Small to Medium Sized enterprises. As Landsker’s Managing Director Jeremy is as hard working and committed as ever to make Landsker even more successful.

Jeremy is passionate and enthusiastic in his approach in helping all businesses to “make the right business decisions”, which is in fact Landsker’s Purpose or Mission. Jeremy applies his 35 years of management experience in an intuitive, practical, approachable and enjoyable way. He applies a simple mantra to working with clients: “If you don’t love or enjoy your business then either change yourself or it!”
