A New Era For Landsker

After more than 26 years of leading Landsker, Jeremy Bowen Rees has decided the time is right to step back from his role as Managing Director. In a planned management buy-out, Jeremy has sold his interest in the business to me, and I am honoured to now be taking on the role of Managing Director. I am delighted that Jeremy will continue to work with us in a consultancy capacity, ensuring that we will all still benefit from his wealth of knowledge and experience during this period of change.

Many of you will already know me, but for those who may not, I have been part of Landsker for over 20 years and a director since 2012. Over this time, I have had the privilege of working closely with our outstanding team to deliver real results for our clients. Together, we have helped businesses access over £150 million in funding, supported the creation of more than 6,000 jobs, worked alongside more than 750 start-ups and assisted larger companies in areas such as strategy, finance for growth, HR, marketing and product and service development. These achievements are something I am very proud of and I look forward to building on them in my new role.

Looking to the future, Landsker will continue to deliver our existing programmes such as Accelerated Growth, Farming Connect and Cywain, as well as providing our private and tender-based consultancy services across Wales. While there will naturally be exciting developments ahead, I want to reassure you that this is very much an evolution rather than a revolution. Our values, standards and client-focused approach will remain at the heart of everything we do.

As with any new management there will of course be some exciting growth plans, but this is definitely evolution and not revolution. I look forward to working with you all as we enter this new chapter together.
