At Landsker, we’re proud to be working in partnership with Farming Connect to deliver Action Groups – practical, interactive workshops designed to support farm businesses across Wales.

What Are Action Groups?

Farming Connect Action Groups bring together small groups of farmers and landowners to focus on a specific business challenge or opportunity. Each group provides:

• Practical, farmer-focused workshops
• Personalised one-to-one support tailored to your business
• A bespoke action plan to help you take the next steps

Funded by Farming Connect (90% funded, just £75 per business subject to eligibility), these sessions offer exceptional value while equipping you with the tools, confidence and advice you need to grow.

Topics We’ve Delivered So Far

We’ve already hosted Action Groups on key areas that make a real difference to farm businesses:

• Marketing – how to shine online and make your business stand out
• Sustainability – practical steps towards building a greener, future-ready farm
• Diversification – exploring new opportunities to strengthen resilience and income

Each session has combined expert-led advice with group discussion and practical tools. The feedback has been fantastic, showing the value of collaboration and personalised guidance.

We don’t have fixed dates planned at the moment, but we’re able to set up new Action Groups based on interest. Sessions can be designed around the topics that matter most to you and scheduled to suit your needs.
